KBS® PANEL SEAL ABL
Composed of mineral wool panels with KBS® Coating, it offers exceptional chemical and mechanical resistance and is completely waterproof and humidity resistant. is best suited for use in demanding industrial settings. KBS panel seals offer a gas and smoke tight seal in addition to being fire resistant. There have been both domestic and international fire testing.

PYROSAFE PANEL SEAL
Composed of Pyrosafe WB and mineral wool panels, it was specifically designed for fire protection in common applications with less technical requirements, such as office buildings. Officially certified for 120 minutes by the SABS.

KBS® MORTAR SEAL
a mortar with low compressive strength that is lightweight. As it sets, it expands, ensuring a crack-free, smoke-tight seal. Retrofitting is simple, and large apertures are ideal, especially for intricate wire installations.

KBS® SEALBAGS
Particular “fire pillows” are best employed for penetrations where it is anticipated that alterations and retrofitting will occur later. It’s the easiest seal to install. These bags, which are composed of premium fire glass and a mix of fillers, swell to a maximum of 45% when exposed to heat before solidifying into a hose-stream resistant block.

KBS® CAULKING
For a low-cost fire prevention method for plastic pipes with a diameter of up to 110 mm. An intumescent sealant, specifically for penetrations in small core drill holes or in KBS® Panel Seal INT, is used to protect cables, metal, and plastic pipes against fire.

KBS® PIPE SEAL M AND OSI
To seal plastic pipes in wall or ceiling penetrations, have a mechanical strangling device housed in a steel casing that reacts chemically. The only pipe sealers approved for pipelines up to 500 mm are these ones! In addition, pipes with 90° bends near walls or ceilings, bundles of pipes inside a single seal, and diagonal penetration pipes at different angles can all be accommodated by the KBS® Pipe Seal system.

KBS® PIPE SEALS S AND C
Fire safety for flammable pipes in penetrations in walls and ceilings. Act only through ecstasy. Snap-locked steel casings that are small in size. Installing plastic pipes up to 250 mm in diameter is simple and rapid.

KBS® PIPE SEAL WRAP
An extremely flexible intumescent wrap designed to shield plastic pipes up to 160 mm in diameter when installed in recessed spaces in walls and floors. It is also possible to seal steel pipes up to 160 mm that have flammable insulation.

KBS® FIR-A-FLEX
For all types of wall connection and expansion joints, a permanently elastic fire protective sealing system has been designed that offers up to 4 hours of fire resistance for joint widths up to 100 mm.

KBS® GAP SEALING
KBS Gap seals permit 7% movement of the gap when sealing the area between the wall and soffit.

KBS® SEALANT
An ablative sealant, particularly for penetrations in small core drill holes or in KBS® Panel Seal ABL, is used to protect cables and metal pipes against fire.
